Terms and Conditions :
- Garment Care : We take good care of your clothes, but we are not responsible for damage caused by weak fabric, color bleeding, or old stains.
- Stains : We try our best to remove stains, but we cannot guarantee 100% removal.
- Lost or Damaged Items : If an item is lost or damaged, we will compensate up to 5 times the cleaning cost. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Pickup & Delivery : We try to be on time, but delays may happen. Please be available during your scheduled time.
- Payment : Payment must be made at delivery. We accept cash, UPI, or digital payment.
- Customer Responsibility : Please empty all pockets. We are not responsible for items left inside.
- Updates : We may update these terms at any time. Using our service means you accept the latest terms.
